TONY JOHNSON, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Tony Johnson brings a proven record of success and professionalism to his role as the co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ennovex. His agile leadership style is bolstered by 13 years of experience in information systems design and integration. Johnson?s broad range of expertise encompasses smart cards, identity management, and secure wireless systems design and implementation.

Prior to founding Ennovex, Johnson supervised modernization efforts for Headquarters U.S. Central Command and the White House Communications Agency, the Next Generation Collaboration Services Pilot, and the DISA Net-centric Enterprise Services Program Office. His wide variety of information systems and programs experience includes PKI and smart card policy support for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), enterprise smart card implementation for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), smart card systems for more than 30 universities and Technical Advisor to the CIO for the 2004 G8 Summit.

Johnson earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Angelo State University and a M.S. in Information Systems from Florida State University. He is an Air Force veteran with more than 130 combat and combat support missions on the RC-135 platform.

STEVE KERR, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Chief Operating Officer Steve Kerr is a co-founder of Ennovex with a long and distinguished career in IT. He is actively involved in strategic management decisions and the supervision of technical personnel. With over 30 years of experience, Kerr has comprehensive knowledge and insight of the maintenance, testing, analysis, and design of C41 systems.

Before launching Ennovex, Kerr served as a Technical Director, Principal and Senior Systems Engineer within the Enterprise Enabling Solutions Business Unit under the Defense Sector of SRA International, Inc. He managed tasks such as Medium Grade Services (MGS), Net Centric Enterprise Services (NCES) Engineering Support, Public Key Enabling (PKE) Engineering Support, Global Directory Service (GDS) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Engineering all for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). In addition, he also supported PKI efforts throughout SRA including the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) PKI roll-out, the Health and Human Services (HHS) PKI, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) PKI projects.

Kerr earned a B.S. in Sociology from Excelsior College as well as two Associates Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, Instructor of Technology and Military Science and Electronic Systems Technology. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the IEEE Computer Society.

After 22+ working on Air Defense, Intelligence, and Intelligence Training Systems for the Air Force, Kerr retired from the military in 1997. His last Air Force position was as the System Acquisition Manager for the world's largest Computer Based Training (CBT) network.

JOHN STAMPER, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

John Stamper infuses unlimited talent and creativity into his work as a co-founder and Chief Information Officer of Ennovex. With over 10 years of professional experience in information systems design and integration, his areas of expertise include information security, system architecture, and quality assurance.

Preceding his tenure at Ennovex, Stamper managed tasks such as the Next Generation Collaboration Services Pilot (NGCS-P) and the Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) SIPRNET pilot. His information systems experience encompasses a wide variety of platforms, including development and integration of a web-enabled grants management system for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and a financial management and reporting system for United States Geological Survey (USGS). Stamper?s foresight and resourcefulness were essential in leading the design and support of the Department of Defense Public Key Infrastructure (DoD PKI) project.

Stamper holds a B.S. in Mathematics from James Madison University and a M.S. in Information Systems from George Mason University. He is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

KEVIN HEALD, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Chief Technology Officer Kevin Heald is a founding member of Ennovex with over 7 years of professional experience in system engineering and technical project management. With a dynamic combination of vision and skill, Heald is an established leader in public key infrastructure, information technology systems, collaboration technologies, security and integration of disparate systems.

Prior to joining Ennovex, Heald served as a Principal and senior systems engineer at SRA International, Inc. While at SRA, Heald directed projects for high profile customers including the DISA Net-Centric Enterprise Service (NCES) Office, White House Communications Agency modernization efforts, and DISA's Next Generation Collaboration Services Pilot (NGCS-P). He was also actively involved in key management and tactical decisions for projects including DoD Public Key Enablement (PKE) and system modernization efforts for several large law firms.

Heald has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
