Adoption Audit
One of Ennovex’s specialties is deep analysis of customer requirements and the viability of adopting an existing product or service. The first step is to gather customer requirements through stakeholder interview, acquisition documentation review, and analysis of existing product offerings currently being used. Ennovex will then conduct a survey of existing services and products on the market to discover if any solutions exist that address our customer’s requirements. We will then conduct a deep functionality, security, and usability analysis of these possible solutions to determine the “adoptability” of the services or products.
